    Keep S’myelin is a colorful, engaging, informative, and reassuring newsletter to help children and their parents talk and learn about MS together. Each issue is filled with stories, interviews, games, and activities that highlight a specific topic related to MS, as well as a special section just for parents.

    One-on-One Peer Connections

    Through the Peer Connections program you can search for and connect with a peer support volunteer who has “been there” and can provide you with helpful tips, suggestions and emotional support for the challenges that MS throws at you. You can connect with your peer via one-on-one ongoing telephone or email conversations. Peer Connections volunteers have been through a rigorous screening and training process.

    MS Service Day

    The goal of MS Service Projects is to assist people with multiple sclerosis by providing help with household chores and yard work that they are unable to do themselves due to mobility, fatigue, heat sensitivity or other limitations caused by MS.
