Flora L. Thornton Foundation

Eric joined the Board of Trustees in 1995. He is a Trustee of the Flora L.Thornton Foundation and a Director at the Stress Control Systems Trust. A principal instructor of Iyengar yoga, he developed the Chapter’s Eric Small Adaptive Yoga Program which has served hundreds of people with MS, including at The Marilyn Hilton Achievement Center at UCLA, where he continues to teach. Eric received the Norm Cohn Hope Award in 1999, was inducted into the Society’s prestigious Volunteer Hall of Fame in 2001 and was the 2002 Dorothy Corwin Spirit of Life Award recipient at the Dinner of Champions. Eric lives with MS.
