These classes consist of simple movement and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, increase energy and reduce stress. Open to all levels of ability and mobility. The intention of the series is to create a practice to accommodate individual needs within a supportive group environment. Over time you will be able to apply these tools to help bring balance to your daily life.

We work on the floor. Please bring a mat and any other padding you might need. There are additional mats available at the facility. Note: Should you require ongoing assistance with movement, you will need to bring an assistant (who attends free of charge).

Instructor: Linda Miller, a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), has taught yoga for the MS community for over 20 years, through National Multiple Sclerosis Society sponsored programs and independently. She offers adaptive classes with a therapeutic emphasis in the Los Angeles area.
