    Living Well with MS is an extraordinary program designed to help you better understand MS and develop lifestyle strategies that can help diminish the effects of the disease. Get the tools and knowledge you need in this multi-week course that combines online learning with in-person classes. Develop a healthy eating and exercise program. Connect with others, like you.
