    Maintaining Balance - Support Partner Education, Colorado Springs

    Come join us for a few hours of self-care coupled with education on ways to manage stress in a healthy way. Participants will be treated to pampering services (ie massages), learn stress reducing yoga techniques, enjoy healthy snacks and connect with other support partners. This is a chance to enjoy lively discussions, learn valuable information about ways to cope with challenges, have fun and be inspired.

    Maintaining Balance - Program for support partners and caregivers, Boulder

    Specifically designed for spouses, partners, involved parents, adult children, and those offering primary support to a person living with MS, this program will provide a confidential setting for support partners to discuss feelings, voice concerns, and learn how to better cope with the impact of the disease in their lives.

    Live Fully, Live Well

    Managing your health and wellness is an integral part of "living well" with MS. Live Fully, Live Well is a comprehensive wellness program from the National MS Society and Can Do MS, designed for people living with MS and their support partners. Live Fully, Live Well covers topics affecting the whole family living with MS in order to strengthen relationships, increase understanding and promote improved health and quality of life.

    Everyday Matters

    Everyone has their own idea of their best life. For people living with multiple sclerosis, the idea of that “best life” can change due to the challenges of having a chronic, unpredictable and lifelong disease. The National MS Society’s Everyday Matters, supported by Genzyme, a Sanofi company, was an interactive national project that uncovered stories of real people facing the everyday challenges that MS can bring on the path to one’s best life.

    Online Groups

    Online groups bring people together on a regular basis for mutual support, education and camaraderie. MSconnection.org groups have different purposes and goals. Groups may focus on support, advocacy, education, or be more social in nature. Some groups also serve specific populations, such as young adults, carepartners, or people who are newly diagnosed.
