Our annual luncheon is a fundraising event driven by a small group of passionate volunteers. The goal is simple: to raise funds for and develop awareness of multiple sclerosis (MS).
The funds raised by this event support programs and services for the 100,000 people living in Colorado and Wyoming who are affected by MS and contribute to worldwide research efforts that will one day lead to a world free of MS.

Keynote Speaker: Kristie Salerno Kent
Kristie was diagnosed with MS in 1999. She spent years in denial, using her theatre training to cover symptoms and pretend her health was not an issue. She took an office job and stopped pursuing a career as a performer. It wasn’t until she rediscovered her passion for music that Kristie found the courage to face MS.
After deciding to face her problems head on, Kristie recorded and produced her debut solo album, "Believe.” She also produced and directed “The Show Must Go On,” a short documentary designed to help others understand the emotions and physical symptoms associated with MS. Kristie has since fulfilled her biggest dream of becoming a parent. She has spent the last several years performing across the U.S.
MS Spirit Award: Richard and Robin Kelly
The Chapter’s Board of Directors, volunteer leadership and staff would like to recognize Richard and Robin Kelly for their demonstrated spirit of philanthropy, active leadership in the MS community and service to the people of Colorado.
Richard (Dick) and Robin are long-time supporters of the National MS Society and Co-Chairs of the Can Do Multiple Sclerosis Board of Directors. The Kellys devote their time, talent and treasure to encourage collaboration among Colorado’s MS research and patient advocacy organizations to help people with MS live their best lives.
