    This nationwide program is comprised of a range of initiatives that support independence, safety, health and quality of life for people living with MS. This program offers guidance and resources to help contain the financial impact of MS.

    The National MS Society is collaborating with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs MS Centers of Excellence to support improved care and support services for veterans with multiple sclerosis and their families.

    State of Connecticut Department of Social Services

    The Department of Social Services (DSS) offers a wide variety of services for Connecticut residents. These include health care coverage, independent living services, housing, long-term care, energy assistance, and food and nutrition aid.     United Way 2-1-1

    United Way 2-1-1 is a one-stop connection to the local services that address the needs of individuals and families in Connecticut. By dialing 2-1-1 from anywhere in the state you will be connected with trained call specialists who assess needs and provide referrals to community agencies. 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day every day of the year. Multilingqual assistance and TDD access is also available.
