    Free From Falls

    Free From Falls is a comprehensive 8-week fall prevention program designed specifically for people with MS who are able to walk, but may be at risk for falling.

    Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a five-week, professionally led course, designed to help people with MS learn ways to maximize their health and cope with the challenges presented by MS. Each session includes exercise and education.

    LINKS Teleconference Series

    A series of teleconferences for people with MS and their families. Whether you just received a diagnosis of MS or have been living with it for a long time -- the goal of this series is to "link" you with information and tips on how to maintain your quality of life in the years ahead.

    Men's Day

    Men's Day is an annual program specifically for men living with MS. Attendees have the opportunity to network and share experiences, common dilemmas, and positive solutions.

  7. IN PERSON Support and Self Help Groups

    Newly Diagnosed Groups

    The chapter offers professionally-led Newly Diagnosed Groups several times a year in various locations. Groups meet once a week for three sessions. Individuals who have been diagnosed with MS in the past two years and their adult family members and friends are welcome.

    Lending Library

    The chapter has books, videos, and tapes you may borrow from our library for three weeks at a time.

  10. IN PERSON Family and Relationships

    Family home visits

    MS happens to families, not just to individuals. When a person is diagnosed with MS, there is immediate impact on all who love them. Chapter social workers and counselors are available to facilitate family meetings at your home and provide age-appropriate information to all family members.
