    Summer Family Fun Day 2014

    Join us for a day of fun, learning, and networking for families living with MS. Come with your family, a partner, your kids, a parent, or a care partner. The day will include a discussion with a medical professional for adults; fun games to learn about MS for kids; a breakout for parents and young families; and networking, lunch, and pool passes for everyone!

    Men's Day is an annual program specifically for men living with MS. Attendees have the opportunity to network and share experiences, common dilemmas, and positive solutions.

    MS Family Caregiver Support Group (Bethesda)

    Join other family caregivers of people with MS - spouses, partners, siblings, adult children, parents - to share concerns, stories, and resources.

    MS Thrivers Self-Help Group

    The mission of the MS Thrivers self-help group is to help attendees take an active role in the management of their disease. The group alternates between an online and in-person meeting format.

    Newly Diagnosed Groups

    The chapter offers professionally-led Newly Diagnosed Groups several times a year in various locations. Groups meet once a week for three sessions. Individuals who have been diagnosed with MS in the past two years and their adult family members and friends are welcome.

    This is an active African American self-help group for people with MS, family and friends. The group is open to everyone, but most participants have progressive MS.
