    Join us for Free From Falls, a one-day fall prevention workshop designed specifically for people with MS who are able to walk, but may be at risk for falling. This workshop will be facilitated by Jessica To-Alemanji, PT, DPT, a physical therapist and owner of Body Kinetic Rehab, LLC with more than 10 years' experience working with individuals with MS.

    MS and Employment - Managing Cognitive Symptoms and Fatigue in the Workplace

    Cognitive dysfunction and fatigue are two of the most common symptoms impacting people with MS in the workplace. They can pose significant challenges to maintaining employment. Neuropsychologist, Dr. Cynthia Sullivan, and occupational therapist, Tracy Carrasco, will discuss how these symptoms may present themselves and will share practical ways to manage them on the job.

    You CAN!

    You CAN! is brought to you with the help of Can Do Multiple Sclerosis (formerly The Heuga Center for Multiple Sclerosis) as a reminder that despite the challenges MS may bring, you have a whole life to live. Can Do Multiple Sclerosis teaches people with MS to focus on what they ‘can do’ in life instead of what they cannot, empowering them to live fuller, more productive lives.
