Meeting the Challenges is a program for care partners (ONLY), and consists of 5 sessions. Each session is approximately 2 hours in length and is led by a professional Occupational Therapist.

Dates: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Through the program and weekly homework assignments, participants learn skills and strategies to meet the challenges of MS. The goals of the program are:

  • Help family and friends feel more confident in their abilities to provide support and assistance to a person with MS
  • Help family and friends prepare for and manage the challenges associated with supporting and assisting a person with MS
  • Help family and friends monitor and manage their own health and well-being so that they can continue to provide support and assistance to a person with MS
