Community Engagement Manager - Springfield

Job Summary:

The Community Engagement Manager works closely with volunteer leadership to successfully implement Walk and Bike events in the community while identifying and cultivating volunteers and community partners. The Community Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of top fundraisers and teams, as well as chapter donors and prospects. This position will cultivate, solicit and secure corporate sponsorships and in-kind donations for events and programs in the Springfield area and assist with stewarding individual donors. This position will implement MS awareness outreach, manage and engage volunteers in the local market and play a collaborative role in the implementation of mission events and programs. As the primary point of contact in the Springfield community, this position will be responsible for relationship building and identifying opportunities to build our presence in the community. Development Director

Job Summary:

The Development Director leads the team that drives revenue, implements events and manages fundraising relationships. This position drives acquisition, retention and fundraising strategies for core events in collaboration with development and community engagement staff, as well as works collaboratively on corporate and individual giving revenue plans. The Development Director is responsible for achieving revenue goals, oversees and manages budgets, monitors fundraising metrics and trends and manages development staff. Program Manager

Job Summary:

This program manager is responsible for leading, planning, implementing and evaluating the key elements of programs for people affected by MS, including self-help groups, community-driven programs, Scholarship Program and local education and social programs. The Programs Manager is responsible for ensuring the Society's mission is present at our events. This position develops relationships and works closely with volunteers, community organizations, health care professionals and other partners to deliver mission and awareness initiatives. Additionally, this position supports Society revenue growth by maintaining a portfolio of event participants, as well as assisting with grants and donations for Society programs and services.
