A 6-week workshop for couples (Person with a chronic illness and spouse/partner)
Couples participate together to shape a strong, well-planned, positive, and meaningful future, with a focus on the needs of both people.
Participate with experts in a community-based forum to explore positive goals for their strong future. Acquire tools for building strong lives through financial planning, legal planning, healthy lifestyle, and home planning. Learn about resources for ongoing support.
