This seminar is designed to address the needs of couples living with MS by teaching effective communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.     Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a 6-week health and education program designed specifically for individuals with MS and their support partners to enhance their quality of life. Each session includes education and skills training, exercise, goal-setting and networking. Topics covered include: exercise, coping with fatigue, changes in cognition and worker roles, building in leisure, managing social challenges, stress management, computer access, and nutrition.
