    Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a 6-week health and education program designed specifically for individuals with MS and their support partners to enhance their quality of life. Each session includes education and skills training, exercise, goal-setting and networking. Topics covered include: exercise, coping with fatigue, changes in cognition and worker roles, building in leisure, managing social challenges, stress management, computer access, and nutrition. Registration Deadline: September 2.

    Free From Falls: Level 2

    A new eight-week fall prevention program designed for people living with MS who use a walker, crutches or a scooter (but are still able to walk a short distance) and may be at risk for falling. Application deadline: September 1.

    Affordable, accessible housing can be critical to maintaining independence and remaining engaged in the community. There are numerous housing options that can become confusing. To make things easier, the chapter has developed a user-friendly guide to help families better understand their options and evaluate their housing needs.

    Live Fully, Live Well

    Managing your health and wellness is an integral part of "living well" with MS. Live Fully, Live Well is a comprehensive wellness program from the National MS Society and Can Do MS, designed for people living with MS and their support partners. Live Fully, Live Well covers topics affecting the whole family living with MS in order to strengthen relationships, increase understanding and promote improved health and quality of life.
