    A National MS Society affiliated support group for people living with MS, their families, friends and caregivers. Besides sharing the realities of living with MS, we share good times, laughter and information in a positive, upbeat environment. Everyone comes full of ideas to take home and perhaps try out. Join a monthly meeting for education, information and good company!

    Everyday Matters

    Everyone has their own idea of their best life. For people living with multiple sclerosis, the idea of that “best life” can change due to the challenges of having a chronic, unpredictable and lifelong disease. The National MS Society’s Everyday Matters, supported by Genzyme, a Sanofi company, was an interactive national project that uncovered stories of real people facing the everyday challenges that MS can bring on the path to one’s best life.

    Are you looking for support but are unable to get to a traditional support group due to transportation, mobility or location? Then this professionally facilitated phone support group may be what you’re looking for. You can listen, learn and talk to other people with MS from the comfort of your own home. FREE.     MS Connection Online Community is an online community that provides the opportunity to connect with people involved in the MS movement and with valuable content, activities and resources.

    All Yoga Classes at Yogamatters are designed to improve posture and realign the skeletal structure, creating balance and comfort in your body. Yogamatters offers a safe, peaceful environment in which to begin or continue your yoga practice.
