    Are you looking for support but are unable to get to a traditional support group due to transportation, mobility or location? Then this professionally facilitated phone support group may be what you’re looking for. You can listen, learn and talk to other people with MS from the comfort of your own home. FREE.     Days of Service

    MS Days of Service are organized in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Vermont in the autumn and spring from 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. On these days, Volunteers Teams complete simple projects or jobs for people living with MS.

  8. IN PERSON Exercise

    MS Encompass ~ Get fit!

    Exercise is an important step in helping cope with MS. Studies have shown that regular exercise can increase muscle strength, reduce fatigue and depression and improve bladder and bowel control. The Greater New England Chapter is collaborating with the YWCA of Central Massachusetts, located in Worcester, to offer individuals with MS access to their fitness facility.
