    Join us for this 2 day couples retreat! Couples living with MS often find it difficult to make their relationship a priority. This seminar is designed to address the needs of couples living with MS by teaching effective communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.     Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a 6-week health and education program designed specifically for individuals with MS and their support partners to enhance their quality of life. Each session includes education and skills training, exercise, goal-setting and networking. Topics covered include: exercise, coping with fatigue, changes in cognition and worker roles, building in leisure, managing social challenges, stress management, computer access, and nutrition.     Cognifitness: Keeping the Mind Moving - Dover

    Up to 60% of people with MS experience cognitive changes in some form. Join us for this program to discuss cognitive issues and engage in small group practical activities. Learn exercise and strategies to help focus attention, improve memory, planning and problem solving skills. Register by September 10.
