    Learn about the benefits and importance of wellness behaviors, exercise and nutrition to manage the symptoms of MS.     Have you or a family member been diagnosed with MS within the last five years? Do you have questions about MS that you’d like answered? Have you wanted to meet others also recently diagnosed? We invite those diagnosed within the last 5 years to join us to learn more about their new diagnosis, multiple sclerosis. An MS expert presents information on MS, answers your questions and facilitates the discussion. Register by April 25.

    The Massachusetts Lifespan Respite Coalition's CARE Conference is FREE for any family caregiver. In addition to welcome speakers and a keynote, there will be morning and afternoon breakout workshops addressing topics about caregiver health and wellness, resource information and panel discussions on the caregiving experience. The day's events will include continental breakfast, lunch, keynote speakers, breakout workshops, exhibitors, information, relaxation - a day of respite!
