    MS Meet & Greet in Littleton, NH

    Connect with others whose lives are affected by MS, and learn about the National MS Society and the Greater New England Chapter’s programs, services and events, and about North Country Health Consortium and Adaptive Sports of the North Country. Register by August 1.

    Join us for this 2 day couples retreat! Couples living with MS often find it difficult to make their relationship a priority. This seminar is designed to address the needs of couples living with MS by teaching effective communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Learn ways to break old patterns and manage relationships proactively.

    Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a 6-week health and education program designed specifically for individuals with MS and their support partners to enhance their quality of life. Each session includes education and skills training, exercise, goal-setting and networking. Topics covered include: exercise, coping with fatigue, changes in cognition and worker roles, building in leisure, managing social challenges, stress management, computer access, and nutrition.
