  3. IN PERSON Exercise

    Gateway to Wellness

    Gateway to Wellness is a 6-week health and education program designed specifically for individuals with MS and their support partners to enhance their quality of life. Each session includes education and skills training, exercise, goal-setting and networking. Topics covered include: exercise, coping with fatigue, changes in cognition and worker roles, building in leisure, managing social challenges, stress management, computer access, and nutrition. Registration Deadline: September 2.

  4. IN PERSON Dexterity

    Free From Falls: Level 2

    A new eight-week fall prevention program designed for people living with MS who use a walker, crutches or a scooter (but are still able to walk a short distance) and may be at risk for falling. Application deadline: September 1.

    Relationship Matters: 8 Hours to a Lifetime of Relationship Satisfaction

    Join us for this 2 day couples retreat! Couples living with MS often find it difficult to make their relationship a priority. This seminar is designed to address the needs of couples living with MS by teaching effective communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Learn ways to break old patterns and manage relationships proactively.
