Do It Yourself Fundraising Events raise significant funds for the National MS Society, Maryland Chapter. These events are solely organized and executed by enthusiastic external individuals and/or companies in order to raise funds for research and programs for people living with MS.

Support Bike MS, Team Design Connection, during the month of April through the purchase of jewelry.

Bike MS: MS Jamberry Nail Wraps

Walk MS: Chicken for Charity
Thursday, April 23rd from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. Present this FLYER at Chick-fil-A Canton Crossing on Thursday, April 23rd, between 5 and 9 pm. Your food and beverage purchase will help raise money for the National MS Society and Katie’s Krusaders. Chick-fil-A will donate 10% of proceeds if purchases total less than $500 and 20% of proceeds if purchases exceed $500.

Walk MS: Funds for Friends at The Greene Turtle Hagerstown
Shellebrate Cinco de Mayo with the MSBusters and The Greene Turtle!
Join us on Tuesday, May 5th for the Fourth Annual Funds for Friends event to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society when the restaurant will contribute 10% of their ENTIRE day's sales - dine in or carry out - to the NMSS, Maryland Chapter.
Enjoy the Mexican culture and pride with the Turtle's nachos, gourmet tacos, and their special "Turtle Ritas." Not a fan of Mexican food? No worries; have a burger and a beer or something else from their amazing menu. No matter what you order, a portion of your check will support individuals living with multiple sclerosis and the MS Society's efforts to create a world free of MS.

Madam's Organ Nonprofit Happy Hour
Join Walk MS team imajenaition at Madam's Organ Restaurant & Bar (2461 18th Street NW, Washington, DC, 20009) on Thursday, May 7th from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. to raise awareness and funds in support of Walk MS: Annapolis! For every plate or drink purchased, $1 will be donated to our cause. 100% of the money raised will be donated to the National MS Society, Maryland Chapter. Along with the awesome soul food and drinks offered by Madam's Organ, there will be a 50/50 raffle, free information and giveaways and a quick demonstration!

Bike MS: Brew Fest for MS

Cambridge 2-Mile Walk
Enjoy a two-mile walk in Cambridge and raise funds for MS on Saturday, May 16 from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Refuge Temple Church of God (800 Robbins Street, Cambridge, MD 21613). Enjoy food, entertainment and more. For more information, contact La'Teasha Macer at

Support Walk MS and Get a Massage
Treat yourself to a massage! For a $5.00 donation to Walk MS: Maryland, Mika Brown, LMT will provide a 30-minute massage (a $35.00 value) with the option of upgrading to one hour for $30.00 more. Gift certificates are for a 30 minute massage which is valued at $35. Upgrade 1 hour for an additional $30 must be paid at the time of appointment. Hot stone and essential oils are additional. Host your own restaurant night!
Joe's Crab Shack wants to help you raise money for Walk MS. Host a restaurant night, invite your friends and raise money for those living with MS! Joe's has great food and fun and will donate a percentage of your sales back to the National MS Soicety. Restaurant nights can be held Mondays through Thursdays.
