  3. ONLINE One-on-one Peer Support

    One-on-One Peer Connections

    Through the Peer Connections program you can search for and connect with a peer support volunteer who has “been there” and can provide you with helpful tips, suggestions and emotional support for the challenges that MS throws at you. You can connect with your peer via one-on-one ongoing telephone or email conversations. Peer Connections volunteers have been through a rigorous screening and training process.

  4. TELEPHONE Financial Assistance

    Emergency Assistance

    Do you have an emergency financial need such as a shut-off notice, or are you having a hard time paying your rent, mortgage or utilities? You may qualify for one-time emergency assistance from the National MS Society.

  5. ONLINE Knowledge is Power

    Knowledge Is Power

    Knowledge Is Power is a free, in-home educational series for people newly diagnosed with MS and their families. This comprehensive program provides up-to-date facts about many aspects of MS. (Available in Spanish.)

    Bismarck Yoga

    Exercise is essential to general health and well-being and is helpful in managing many MS symptoms. Attend this yoga program uniquely designed for people with MS in your area. Classes in gentle and adaptive yoga are offered.
