    Exercise options for people with MS are limited. The Gateway Area Chapter can purchase exercise equipment, such as a mini bike-exercise machine that is essentially a cycle that can be used with one's legs or arms to increase endurance and strength.The Motorized Mini Bike offers a convenient way to exercise people of all ages and health levels. It uses an attached motor to assist you in exercising legs, arms and upper body.
