  1. VIDEO Family and Relationships

    Timmy’s Journey to Understanding MS (DVD)

    Timmy’s Journey to Understanding MS is an animated cartoon that shares a little boy's adventure learning about MS. David Lander is the voice of Captain Kip S’myelin, Timmy’s guide on his journey. The cartoon is an excellent resource to talk with children about MS. Developed for children ages 5-12, but appropriate for all ages.

  3. MS Education

    MS Learn Online

    MS Learn Online is the National MS Society's online educational webcast series that contains an exciting menu of webcasts currently available on their Web site. This program is currently available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each webcast features experts presenting topics relevant to those affected by multiple sclerosis. These webcasts are a great opportunities to educate people about multiple sclerosis from the convenience of their own computer.

    Donate to MS Blood Repository of the Accelerated Cure Project

    This repository - not funded by the National MS Society - also has been established to provide the scientific community with biological samples and data from people with MS and other demyelinating diseases.

    Online Groups

    Online groups bring people together on a regular basis for mutual support, education and camaraderie. groups have different purposes and goals. Groups may focus on support, advocacy, education, or be more social in nature. Some groups also serve specific populations, such as young adults, carepartners, or people who are newly diagnosed.

    MS Learn Online is the National MS Society's online educational webcast series. This video features Nancy Holland, EdD, RN, MSCN, who discusses the types of vision problems associated with multiple sclerosis and strategies for managing the symptoms

  8. Complementary and Alternative Medicines

    Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM)

    Comprehenisve list of websites relating with CAM. CAM is a group of various health care systems, and practices outside of what is considered conventional medicine. CAM therapies have a small but growing body of evidence to support the effectiveness of the treatments.
