Join us on Saturday, March 19 for "Together We Are Stronger!" the 15th Annual Conference for African-Americans and their families living with MS.  This conference will be held at The Embassy Suites in Cary from 3 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The conference begins at 3 p.m. with time to visit vendors.  The general session starts at 4 p.m., which includes a panel presentation on how to be stronger together through positive coping strategies, physical wellness and spirituality.  You'll get a chance to hear from experts on these topics and ask your questions.  Following the general session,  we will go into break-out sessions for people with MS and for family/friends.  These sessions will provide an opportunity to meet others, gain that much needed emotional support and learn just how valuable a community is in meeting the challenges of living with MS.  Dinner and dancing will follow at 7 p.m.

The Embassy Suites has a block of rooms available for our conference attendees at the reduced rate of $99/night (plus tax) for Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19, if you wish to spend the night.  This block of rooms will be held only until February 17, 2016.  You are responsible for the cost of your own room if you make reservations.  Please call the hotel at (919) 677-1840 and mention the National MS Society African-American Conference rate.

Cost to attend the conference is $5.00/person (non-refundable) and pre-registration is required.

Registration Deadline is Thursday, March 17th. Click HERE to register.
