  3. Volunteerism

    Self-Help Group Leaders

    Leaders of Greater Carolinas Chapter affiliated self-help groups perfrom an integral role in bringing together people who share a common life experience (living with MS) for support, education and mutual aid. Self-help group leaders and co-leaders, with the assistance and particiaption of group members, manage the organization and logistical aspects of group facilitation, by negotiating and dividing tasks among co-leaders and members.
