    The Fall Ball

    Join us on November 13 for our inaugural Fall Ball! Eat, drink and be merry with others living with MS, their families, and friends. Dinner, dessert, and a cash bar will be provided. Registration deadline is November 6, 2014. Fee is $10 per person. It’s sure to be a fun night of dining, dancing!

    The Center for Independence of the Disabled, CIDNY

    CIDNY's offices in Manhattan and Queens provide benefit counseling, direct services (e.g. housing assistance, transition services for youth with disabilities, employment-related assistance, healthcare access, benefits assistance, and peer support groups), information and referrals, and recreational activities. There are no charges to consumers for CIDNY's services.

  7. ONLINE Recreation

    Independence Care System, ICS

    ICS is a Medicaid-managed long-term care plan licensed by New York State for individuals with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses. Their mission is to provide their members with the health and social supports they need to live full and satisfying lives at home, in their own communities. ICS has a unit dedicated to people living with MS and works in collaborations with the NYC-SNY Chapter.

    Therapeutic Recreation

    "Homebound TR Program" provides individuals with MS, who are isolated in their home, the opportunity to gain insight into their leisure lifestyle and gain skills that promote the positive use of free time in an isolated environment.
