    Aquatics

    Aquatic is a class designed for people with MS who have varying levels of disability or activity limitations. Taught in shallow water in a group setting, the emphasis is on fun and independence. Wellness and Recreation programs will begin in October. Registration opens in September.

    This video series is designed to provide tips to help you succeed in maintaining employment. Topics include: thinking proactively; the ADA; disclosure; managing fatigue & cognition; assistive technology. The resource guide provides information on resume writing, job searches, preparing for an interview, and government assistance programs.
