Find Resources and Support

The Society offers many programs and services to help people affected by MS live their best lives. Find resources in your area to learn, connect, and get support.

  1. TELEPHONE Social and Emotional support

    Teleconference Recordings

    Recordings from Teleconference Programs put on throughout the year.

  2. IN PERSON Emotional Health


    We offer a wide variety of counseling and support services. We can help with; referrals to professional counselors with MS knowledge and experience, confidential, short-term, individual and/or family counseling and cost coverage should your insurance be inadequate or non-existent for a predetermined amount of time or sessions.

  3. IN PERSON Exercise

    Health & Wellness

    We help to keep you moving through aquatic and yoga classes. Our staff will also help you to locate other local community resources. 

  4. IN PERSON Emotional Health

    Peer Connections

    You can search for and connect with a peer support volunteer. For more information about peer connections or to talk to someone about choosing a peer, contact an MS Navigator at 1-800-344-4867.

  5. IN PERSON Emotional Health


    Trained volunteers and staff are linked with people who have MS and their family members for face-to-face visits in their homes or in long-term care facilities.

  6. ONLINE Live Fully, Live Well

    Live Fully, Live Well

    Managing your health and wellness is an integral part of "living well" with MS. Live Fully, Live Well is a comprehensive wellness program from the National MS Society and Can Do MS, designed for people living with MS and their support partners. Live Fully, Live Well covers topics affecting the whole family living with MS in order to strengthen relationships, increase understanding and promote improved health and quality of life.
