    Keep S’myelin is a colorful, engaging, informative, and reassuring newsletter to help children and their parents talk and learn about MS together. Each issue is filled with stories, interviews, games, and activities that highlight a specific topic related to MS, as well as a special section just for parents.

  4. TELEPHONE Support and Self Help Groups

    Third-Party Services: MSFriends

    This resource offers a telephone-based peer support helpline, staffed with people who know first-hand what it is like to live with MS. The helpline is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central time.

  5. ONLINE One-on-one Peer Support

    One-on-One Peer Connections

    Through the Peer Connections program you can search for and connect with a peer support volunteer who has “been there” and can provide you with helpful tips, suggestions and emotional support for the challenges that MS throws at you. You can connect with your peer via one-on-one ongoing telephone or email conversations. Peer Connections volunteers have been through a rigorous screening and training process.

    The National MS Society has partnered with Financial Education Partners to provide financial planning services to those living with MS. Financial Education Partners will assist you in finding a credentialed financial professional near you.
