  1. IN PERSON Exercise

    Water Exercise Class

    This class will focus on improving balance and flexibility. Easy Yogo, Pilates and Tai Chi-inspired movements as well as some walking and aerobic movements, will enhance the class. Pool is heated to 90 degrees. Please consult your physician before attending. A physician release is required

  3. IN PERSON Exercise

    Water Exercise Class

    Water/Swim Exercise Class for persons with MS. This class will help you gain range of motion in joints as well as build strength in all major muscles groups. The ability to swim is not required. Some cardiovascular conditioning in included. A doctor's authorization is necessary for non-members to participate and should be given to the instructor on the first date of class. You may join at any time; the fee will be prorated. The pool is 83 degrees

    PURE Hatha Yoga

    Traditional Hatha (pronounced Ha-tah) yoga is a holistic path to health with a view to attain a state of permanent peace. Hatha Yoga postures teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve physical health and clear the mind. It is also recognized as a stress-reducing practice.

  5. IN PERSON Exercise

    MS Tai Chi

    This Tai Chi class is designed for anyone living with multiple sclerosis. Family members, caregivers and guests are also welcome. The class will be adapted to your individual needs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. A waiver of release will be sent to registered participants one week in advance of class. All releases must be returned to the chapter office prior to the class. The facility is handicapped accessible.
