What is MS Works?

MS strikes in the prime of life, during the most productive years of many people’s careers. The diagnosis can raise difficult questions – How is MS affecting your ability to do your job? What accommodations must your employer provide for you? How long will you be able to work?

The uncertainty can be isolating, but you’re not alone. There is an extensive support system to help you keep working with MS.

Whether you’re employed, considering a career change, thinking about leaving the work force or hoping to get back in, MSWorks can provide career counseling and walk you through the local, state and federal resources available to you.

Through this program, clients can access the following services:
  • Career and individual counseling
  • Educational programs
  • Vocational assessments
  • Job seeking skills training
  • Resources to government and local agencies
  • Referrals to other community agencies.

Please note: MSWorks Employment Services are available to individuals with MS living in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey.
