    HOPE Network. Harmarville Outreach Programs & Educational 

    TRAS & the HOPE Network serve physically and/or cognitively challenged individuals of all ages. Special services and programs include: Weightlifting, Fitness & Conditioning Program—workouts are especially beneficial for wheelchair propulsion and transferring. Water ski and tubing, golf, skiing, cycling, & basketball.

    Who is this tape for? Anyone with limited mobility. This includes people with: Multiple Sclerosis, Mild Arthritis, Chronic Illness or Pain, Post-Polio Syndrome,or Chronic Fatigue. This tape is also for Seniors and anyone with daily stresses as well as people who are overweight or temporarily limited.
