Kendall’s father was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1995, before she was born. Her grandmother was also recently diagnosed. Kendall wants to pursue a career that has a positive impact on others, and wants to be remembered as someone who can push through hard circumstances, just as her dad and grandmother do each day as they manage MS. “MS has made me want to strive for a career where I can make a difference and change people’s lives,” she says. With a passion for politics in government, Kendall would like to run for an elected office at the local and state level, and possibly become a member of the United States Congress one day. She will be attending the University of Oklahoma to major in political science.
