Leah was six years old when her mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and has an aunt and great aunt also diagnosed with the disease. “MS is no walk in the park, but my mother’s and my aunt’s strength makes it seem like not even a war can stop them,” says Leah. “MS has taught me that what happens to your life all depends on your outlook.” Leah is attending St. Edwards University with a major in theatre management, and aspires to be a stage manager in New York City.
