    Websites: Caregiver SOS

    The Caregiver Teleconnection is a free, bilingual, and confidential program that connects caregivers and family members to information and support through the telephone or “tele-learning”. The Caregiver Teleconnection provides learning sessions on a variety of useful topics, hosted over the phone by professional facilitators and experts. Family caregivers have the opportunity to connect and share with others in their situation during the sessions.

    Access services for food, clothing, health care, shelter, housing, support groups, legal aid, and many more health and human service needs.

  10. TELEPHONE Support and Self Help Groups

    Third-Party Services: MSFriends

    This resource offers a telephone-based peer support helpline, staffed with people who know first-hand what it is like to live with MS. The helpline is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central time.
