The Society offers many programs and services to help people affected by MS live their best lives. Find resources in your area to learn, connect, and get support.

  1. ONLINE Support and Self Help Groups

    Websites: Caregiver SOS

    The Caregiver Teleconnection is a free, bilingual, and confidential program that connects caregivers and family members to information and support through the telephone or “tele-learning”. The Caregiver Teleconnection provides learning sessions on a variety of useful topics, hosted over the phone by professional facilitators and experts. Family caregivers have the opportunity to connect and share with others in their situation during the sessions.

    MS Pilates Class: Dallas

    Pilates’ exercises are gentle, yet effective, for all fitness levels and abilities. They are non-impact and non-weight bearing, and strengthen core muscles, improving overall body stability.

  8. ONLINE Financial Assistance

    Society Resources: Scholarship Program

    MS shouldn’t stand in the way of an education. The National MS Society’s scholarship program exists to help highly qualified students who have been diagnosed with MS or who have a parent with MS achieve their dreams of earning a college education. Support offered is more than just financial; the Society facilitates connections between the scholars, offering peer support, volunteer and mentoring opportunities.

    Teleconference Series: Facing MS Related Changes with Confidence

    This teleconference discusses the impact of MS on individuals with MS, their families, and friends, and discusses tools and methods that can be used to overcome these new challenges.
