    The Caregiver Teleconnection is a free, bilingual, and confidential program that connects caregivers and family members to information and support through the telephone or "tele-learning."

    MS Exercise Class: Dallas (Seated Pi-Yo)

    This class is a combination of Pilates and Yoga for exercisers with mobility limitations; it's also suitable for those who prefer sitting or use a wheelchair.
