    Designed for people living with MS who use a walker, crutches, or a scooter (but are still able to walk a short distance) and may be at risk for falling.

    MS Smart Moves Wellness Program

    Nampa PM Self Help, Support Group

    Self-help group for individuals with MS and their support partners. Open to persons with MS, friends and family. This group does not meet in June, July or August. Please refer to Nampa Daytime SHG for those interested.
