HISTORY IN HARRISONBURG
The Harrisonburg Dinner of Champions was established in 1994 and continues today as recognition for distinguished individuals, as well as local corporations and their employees. Friends and colleagues of the honored guest come together for an evening to share experiences and stories of the honoree and raise funds for the National MS Society. To date, the Harrisonburg Dinner of Champions has raised more than $1 million to support local programs and fund MS research.
Mr. Anders is the President and founding partner in InterChange Group, Inc., a warehousing, logistics and development company headquartered in Harrisonburg. He is also a Principal in Classic Distribution, Inc., a wholesale cabinet manufacturer and distributor, and A&J Development and Excavation, a commercial site development company, both of which are located in Harrisonburg. He is active in many trade and charitable organizations including the International Warehouse Logistics Association, Southeastern Warehouse Association, VA Inland Port Advisory Board, Sentara HealthCare, Friendship Industries and Lindale Mennonite Church. Mr. Anders is a CPA and graduate of Eastern Mennonite University where he studied accounting and business management.
