National Multiple Sclerosis Society
Participating in the charitable giving campaign sponsored by your employer is an easy way to help us move toward a world free of MS. Simply sign up to make a contribution by directing a portion of your paycheck to the National MS Society. Your tax deductible donation is automatically sent to the Society to help support MS programs, services and research. Workplace giving programs provide a simple and convenient way to join the movement.
Many national and local corporations offer their employees an opportunity to make a charitable donation through payroll deductions. If your employer partners with Community Health Charities (CHC), look for the National MS Society listing under CHC. If your employer offers an independent campaign, ask your program administrator how to designate your gift to the National MS Society.
Federal government employees and members of the U.S. Military Forces can support the Society through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) by designating their contribution to CFC# 11409.
The Greater Northwest Chapter partners with Community Health Charities of Washington (CHCWA) to link generous employees with the opportunity to support people living with MS through workplace giving programs. If you don't see our name on your form, ask your employer to add us!
Be sure to look for the Society listed under CHC on the designation lists for your state, city, county or school employee giving campaigns. For more information, ask your program administrator.
In a few areas, individuals may support the National MS Society through the United Way. If your employer offers a United Way program, ask your administrator how you can designate your gift to the National MS Society.
If your employer has a matching gift fund, ask them to match your workplace giving gift to the National MS Society. See if your company offers a matching gift program.
