Over the course of your career, there might be times when you consider separating from the workforce if your MS symptoms become more difficult to manage. How do you know when it’s the right time to leave the workforce? Have you exhausted all your options to remain employed including requesting accommodations, utilizing transferrable skills, or even making a career change? If the decision is to leave, what information do you need to take into consideration when leaving the workplace and pursuing disability benefits. Learn about employer and federal benefits available to you, the process of accessing them, and resources that exist to help with this transition. Please join Ronnie Hochberg, a vocational counselor, and Silvia Stazio, a Certified Financial Planner as they discuss potential steps to take when making this difficult decision.
