The chapter’s programs and services are supported through private donations, special events and grants from foundations; however special event fundraisers account for the majority of the funds we raise. Walk MS is a fun, festival-like community event including food, drink, entertainment and a 1-3 mile walk help in locations in Prescott, Phoenix and Tucson. Walk MS is an opportunity for the community to come together to support those affected by MS. Funds raised from this event goes to support direct services, programs and research for over 8,000 Arizonans affected by MS.

 Bike MS: Ride the Vortex
Join us on April 14 & 15, 2012 for Bike MS: Ride the Vortex, Arizona’s premier cycling event! We have route options for every level of cyclist, ranging from 30 to 100 miles, so you will surely find a route fit for you. Come enjoy delicious meals and strong support, with frequent rest stops. When you finish, a fantastic festival awaits you with great food, music, a beer garden, massage tent and fun games.

 Cooks & Chords offers a taste for a world free of MS. Guests enjoy stations of chef-prepared dishes paired with amazing spirits and wonderfully-appointed acoustic music, while browsing pacakges in a raffle and silent auction. The 2011 event takes place Saturday, September 10.

 Corks & Chords is an annual wine tasting event that takes place in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guests enjoy stations of chef-prepared dishes paired with delicious wines from around the world and wonderfully-appointed acoustic music. There is also a raffle and silent acution, as well as an inspirational program that includes MS research information from a respected neurologist.
