About the 20s/30s Squad
The 20s/30s Squad is made up of people in their 20s and 30s living with MS and their significant others/caregivers. They meet quarterly for social, educational and activity based enrichment. People in their 20s and 30s who are living with MS and their caregivers are invited to join this group. New attendees are always welcome!

About Boys Night Out
Boys Night Out is an exciting new program for men living with MS and male care givers of MS patients. It provides a guys-only social event to discuss life with MS. New outings are planned four times a year.

Camp Hope
About Camp Hope
July 8-11, 2009
Camp Hope was created especially for kids living with a parent or close relative that has MS. This camp is a unique opportunity for these special kids to enjoy summer fun. The week will be filled with fun activities as well as opportunities for open dialogue about MS. Camp activities may include:
- Hiking
- Archery
- Kayaking
- Horse back riding
- Sports and games
- Team building activities
- Arts and crafts
- Dramatic productions
This year we will be having camp hope at our exciting new location at Camp Wamatochick in Prescott, AZ. Visit the Camp Wamatochick website.
Who Can Attend Camp Hope?
- Children (ages 8-15) who have a close family member with MS
Transportation
Transportation will be provided to Camp Wamatochick leaving from Phoenix.
Cost
The registration fees cover room and board, food and camp activities. Payment is due in full at the time of registraion.
- $40 per camper
Registration
All participants must pre-register before Monday, July 6th, 2009 to secure their place at Camp Hope. A detailed registraion packet will be sent to you. This packet includes important forms and waivers that must be signed and returned to the Arizona Chapter before participation in Camp Hope.

About Exercise Programs
The Arizona Chapter provides a number of exercise programs annually throughout the state. Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pilates and Water Aerobics classes are available in six to eight class sessions. For an up to date listing of exercise programs and locations, visit the Arizona Chapter calendar.
