Living Well with a Disability - a 20-hour health promotion program for adults with physical disabilities and chronic health problems. Classes are every Friday, September 18 to November 20, 2009 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Disability Empowerment Center:  5025 E Washington St  Phoenix, AZ 85034.

A Series of forums to share information and tools to help individuals and families build on their own strengths and connect to community resources. September 29, 2009: "Navigating the System"

October 27, 2009:  "10 Tips for Surviving the Recession"
November 3, 2009:  "Advocacy and Relationship Building"
