Optimal Living with MS

Are changes in your MS affecting your mobility and making everyday living more challenging? Discover how you can take control and reclaim your sense of well-being.

Optimal Living with MS helps you: 

  • improve performance
  • regain and maintain independence
  • overcome challenges

In just 12 weeks, you will learn practical tips and strategies to make life at home and in your community easier, safer and more productive. Work with a team of rehabilitation professionals in occupational and physical therapy to:

  • develop a comprehensive personal fitness program
  • understand fatigue and integrate pacing and energy conservation strategies into everyday activities
  • evaluate your home environment for efficiency and safety
    ...and much more!

When and where?

  • In Los Angeles at USC’s Health Sciences Campus
    Offered in collaboration with USC’s Departments of Neurology, Kinesiology & Physical Therapy,
    and Occupational Therapy
    Fridays, 10:30 am - 2:00 pm
  • In the San Gabriel Valley at Casa Colina Center for Rehabilitation in Pomona
    Tuesdays, 11:00 am - 1:30 pm
