Community Colleges

Community Colleges offer several adapted phycial fitness classes throughout the year.  Most programs are indiviudalized to meet the needs of each student and have several assistants to help you in every class. Most programs require a physicians note and ask to meet with you to discuss your needs and goals prior to your first class.

All classes require pre-registration through the college approximately 1-2 months prior to the session.
