The chapter’s programs and services are supported through private donations, special events and grants from foundations; however special event fundraisers account for the majority of the funds we raise. If you’ve ever wanted to complete a marathon or triathlon but didn’t know how to get started – here’s your answer. Make new friends and train to complete your dream marathon or triathlon. $408,392 was raised by 3,301 Walkers at San Diego County Credit Union Walk MS on Sunday, April 26 at LEGOLAND(R) California in Carlsbad
The MS Golf Classic is held each spring at the La Jolla Country Club, an historic private course. Includes lunch, on-course beverages, tee gifts, a hosted reception, player awards, live auction and gourmet dinner. golfMS.org

On September 11-13, 2009, 262 participants raised $867,522.
A memorable cycling adventure featuring fully-supported scenic routes along beautiful Orange County and San Diego coastline: 30, 100 or 150 miles over one or two days. Avid cyclists and novices alike will enjoy delicious food and refreshments, shuttle transportation live entertainment, prizes and overnight festival. In October 11-12, 2008, 2,300 cyclists raised about $2.4 million. 2009 fundraising continues until December 4, 2009.
