MS Rockstars unite at the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon and Half Marathon in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. Runners of all ability levels receive a flexible 12-week training program and epic perks before, during, and after the race. MS Rockstars are more than just VIPs, they are ULTRA VIPs! Race to Stop MS Endurance Training Program is a great place to make new friends and train to complete your dream marathon or triathlon. Join a select group of runners and triathletes who will participate in local marathons and triahlons, or the endurance event of their choice on behalf of the chapter.

 Bike MS Bay to Bay Tour is memorable cycling adventure featuring fully-supported scenic routes along beautiful Orange County and San Diego coastline: 30, 100 or 150 miles over one or two days. Avid cyclists and novices alike will enjoy delicious food and refreshments, shuttle transportation live entertainment, prizes and overnight festival.  The largest black-tie charity auction in San Diego is the MS Dinner Auction where attendees enjoy an elegant evening and shop for nearly 1,000 packages in our silent and live auctions.

Walk MS is a fun, festival-like community event including food, drink, entertainment and a 1-3 mile walk held in locations in Orange and San Diego counties in April. Learn more about the event by viewing the Walk MS video.

 The MS Golf Invitational, chaired by San Diego Charger’s Head Coach Norv Turner, is held each spring at the La Jolla Country Club, an historic private course.
