Whether you have come to this site for the first time because you are newly diagnosed, or you have had MS for many years, you have come to the right place for program, service, research, resources and event information. The Pacific South Coast Chapter of the National MS Society is committed to helping each person address the challenges of living with MS.
- We provide information and referral about all community and health resources.
- We offer classes, activities, outreach and education programs.
- Professional, trained staff are committed to helping you and those who care about you learn about MS, develop effective strategies for symptom management, maintain positive and productive relationships, and live as independently as possible.
We have two offices, located in Carlsbad and Costa Mesa, however our programs support all of the 18,000 people affected by MS throughout our three-county area of San Diego, Imperial and Orange County.

California Statewide MS Community Survey
Now more than ever, the chapter wants to know what’s impacting your life with MS.
Much has changed over the past few years, particularly when it comes to treatment options, health care, insurance and access to resources. With the current economy affecting all of our lives and the state facing unprecedented challenges, we believe now is the most important time to focus our resources. With your help, we hope to gain a better understanding of the issues that are important to you and others living with MS. Your input is essential to this process and your responses will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
Please take a moment to complete the California Statewide MS Community Survey by:

- Print it out, fill it out, and mail it!
- Complete this survey online.

Your voice, together with the voices of more than 35,000 Californians living with MS, can help to set the direction for future programs, services and support; drive important public policy initiatives; and provide the critical information to leverage resources and justify support from donors.
