Whether you just received a diagnosis of MS or have been living with it for a long time, this section is filled with information and tips on how to maintain your independence in the years ahead. Read about strategies to enhance your health and wellness, maximize your productivity and deal with emotional, social and vocational challenges

Care Management

Care management provides for one-on-one professional assistance to help individuals with MS achieve independence and autonomy. For more information contact Amy.Keller@mspacific.org at 760-448-8403. Resources for people living with advanced MS are also available online.

In connection with At Your Home Family Care, the chapter will provide light homemaking services to help clients maintain a safe home environment. These non-medical services can include dusting, vacuuming, dishwashing, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation and other daily chores needed to maintain a clean and orderly home. Stipends are awarded monthly to eligible families for one year. Clients must meet financial eligibility criteria. For more information contact Amy.Keller@mspacific.org at 760-448-8403.
