By raising $750 or more, you qualify for a prize! The Colorado Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is grateful for all efforts and funds cyclists raise every year. To qualify for the following prizes, we must receive your donations no later than August 7th, 2009. Donations received after August 7th will not count toward your prize selection, however they do count toward Team and Individual awards and rankings if turned in by September 30th. If we do not receive your prize redemption form by September 30, 2008 you will automatically be assigned Choice A, which is a donation back. (Forms will be mailed in late August along with an accounting for your donation total as of the August 7th deadline).
We would like to extend a special thank you to the Great-West Life Bike MS, Colorado’s Ride 2009, presented by Sam's Club official bike stores for sponsoring a segment of the voucher value. Bike store vouchers will expire February 15, 2010 and are only redeemable at stores listed on the back of the voucher.

DONATE BACK: There are costs associated with all prizes, which are ordered based on requests. By donating your prize back to the Society, the funds used to purchase the prize will instead be used for national research and client programs and services.
PRIZE DEADLINE: Prize redemption forms are mailed to all participants 6-8 weeks after the ride. To qualify for prizes, including the Elite Tour of Champions, all prize redemption forms must be received no later than September 30th, 2009.
PRIZE RULES: Prizes and gift vouchers are not cumulative and may not be combined. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. The National MS Society reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
