Keynote Speaker: Elizabeth Yarnell, The Intuitive Cook
After a 1999 diagnosis of multiple sclerosis forced her to take a good look at her diet and lifestyle, Elizabeth Yarnell dove into researching the connection between what we eat and how we feel. The infusion cooking technique she subsequently invented and patented has not only given her a way to manage the course of her health, but has also provided a quick and convenient weeknight dinner solution able to satisfy the pickiest of eaters.
A Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC) and Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), Elizabeth independently published her first cookbook, Glorious One-Pot Meals, in 2005 - a book that spent eight weeks on the Local Bestsellers list.
So join us on September 16 to watch a cooking demonstration of Elizabeth's unique, patented method of quick and healthy one-pot dinners while hearing her inspirational story of how she took a devastating diagnosis and turned it into a way of cooking and eating that we can all enjoy.
