Keynote Speaker: Wendy Booker, Climbing the Seven Summits with MS
After being diagnosed with MS in 1998, Wendy Booker ran the Boston Marathon for MS. Shortly after, she summited the highest mountain in North America – Mt. McKinley. In the midst of the euphoria, Wendy decided to become the first person living with MS to climb all Seven Summits – the highest peaks on each continent.

Follow Wendy's journey by visiting her Web site: www.wendybooker.net.

MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. This simple statement has brought clarity and purpose to the many faces of MS. Wendy always says, “I want others with a chronic illness to go find their own mountains.” She has made this mission her life goal, and by telling her story she hopes to raise awareness of MS, inspire those who are suffering and raise funds to find a cure.
